Door handle THPG hard fabric

The THPG door handles essentially consist of two parts: a solid steel frame with a nickel-plated brass crank and a replaceable handle sleeve, which is fixed to the sleeve carrier by means of a stainless steel flat-head sleeve nut (M8 15/20). Only a 5 mm Allen key is required for mounting and dismounting the handle sleeve.

In this case, the handle sleeve is made of a laminated woven composite material, more precisely, fine cotton fabric impregnated with phenolic resin (a type of thermoset) and pressed under high pressure and temperature. This material is typically used in the electrical industry as insulation due to its excellent electrical and mechanical properties. It is robust and durable.
