By submitting an order, the customer expressly agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.

Terms of delivery/shipping costs
The shipping costs are not included in the item price and are calculated according to the quantity ordered. We reserve the right to change prices. Deliveries are only made within Switzerland. Some items may incur higher shipping costs due to the larger packaging size or the order quantity. In this case, the effective shipping costs will be charged. The shipping flat rates are subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
If an ordered product is not available at the time of delivery, it will neither be invoiced nor forwarded later.
Please note the delivery times given under Info. However, these empirical values ​​may vary due to residues. The specified deadlines are not binding.
If the goods cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or refusal to accept delivery, the recipient bears all further shipping costs incurred.

Prices/ordering and payment modalities
All prices are final prices including VAT of 7.7% (Switzerland). Delay in delivery never leads to a price reduction.
Payment is by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express), Paypal, Postfinance Card, Twint or in advance.

Price and assortment changes
We reserve the right to change prices and assortment. We reserve the right to erroneous information and misprints.

An exchange is not possible. Exceptions in the case of: incorrect deliveries and manufacturing defects in the delivered products. However, liability is limited to replacement delivery. Claims for cancellation of the contract or reduction of the remuneration are excluded if a replacement delivery is possible within a reasonable period of time. The customer must notify us of any defects immediately after receipt of the delivery, at the latest within 10 days (see contact form). If there is no timely written notice of defects, the delivered products are deemed to have been approved. The goods complained about must be returned with a corresponding note within 10 days (postmark). The goods must be returned in the original packaging. Any shipping costs for returns are at the expense of the buyer.
If the item is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made within 48 hours, otherwise the right to a free replacement expires. If the goods are not returned or if we cannot find any defects in the goods complained about, or only those caused by the buyer, the buyer bears the costs of the replacement delivery.

Excluded from the warranty are damages for which the buyer is responsible, eg as a result of improper handling. The customer is responsible for the selection and use of the products. Claims for damages of any kind are excluded unless we are responsible for the damage intentionally or through gross negligence. In no event shall we be liable for consequential or indirect damage.

The data required for business transactions is stored and, if necessary, forwarded to companies commissioned with shipping and invoicing as part of order processing. All personal data will be treated confidentially.

Secure data transmission
Your personal information is encrypted. This applies to your order and also to the customer login. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system. Nobody can guarantee absolute protection. However, we secure our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons.

Governing Law/Jurisdiction
The legal relationships are subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is St.Gallen.
