Labeled LED filament lamps can be dimmed - not all dimmers can dim LED lamps. Flickering in LED lamps can often be detected when the specified minimum load is not reached. We cannot guarantee the functionality
take over.

The color temperature (light colour) of the lamp has a major influence on the atmosphere in a room. Every light source is composed of spectral colors. The sum of these colors results in a (different) white, which is perceived as «warm», «neutral» or «cool». The unit of measure for color temperature is Kelvin (K).

We offer bulbs from 1800 Kelvin (very warm) to 3000 Kelvin (neutral). Illuminants with 2200 Kelvin come closest to the original tungsten illuminants in color appearance.

A traditional incandescent bulb has a color rendering index of
100; the highest possible value - the perfect color reproduction analogous to that
Sunlight.
Many LED bulbs have a CRI of 80 or below and do not come close to the premium models in terms of color rendering, but are cheaper to buy.
The majority of our Led Filament bulbs achieve an excellent color rendering index (CRI) of over 90 or even 95 and thus a very high quality of light.
You can find the color rendering index (CRI) of the individual lamps in our online shop in the product description. It is also noted on the product packaging.

The brightness of the lamps is measured in lumens. The higher the number of lumens, the brighter the illuminant. Clear light sources with a lumen rating of over 400 lumens are often classified as "dazzling" when viewed directly.

The delivery time in Switzerland is usually 1-2 working days (Post Priority) or 2-3 days (Post Economy). The shipping costs for orders from Switzerland with an order value of less than CHF 100.00 are CHF 7.00 (Economy) or CHF 9 (Priority). For orders below a value of CHF 30 we charge a small quantity surcharge of CHF 13. After shipping you will receive the tracking number of your package. You can use this to track the delivery online at https://www.post.ch .

The shipping costs for orders from EU countries with an order value of less than CHF 200.00 are CHF 38.00. Delivery usually takes about 4-7 working days. From an order value of CHF 200.00 we will deliver the products to you free of charge.
When shipping abroad, customs duties, VAT and fees apply, which are to be paid directly to the carrier. We ship with Swiss Post and SwissPost TNT/DHL.

We offer you the following payment options:
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Postcard, Post E-Finance, prepayment, Twint, Shoppay, GooglePay and ApplePay.

Corporate customers from Switzerland can order against invoice.

We offer you a limited right of withdrawal. We cannot always take back items that have been ordered or collected from us. Products that were in stock at the time the order was placed and are still in the intact, unopened original packaging can usually be taken back. Products that have been specially ordered for you or that are not in their original, undamaged condition cannot be taken back or can only be taken back for a return fee.

The return takes place after a positive check by us. The amount of the discount is determined by us. A maximum of the purchase price minus a fixed deduction (usually 20% / at least CHF 10.00) will be refunded.

The goods must be returned with the delivery note enclosed exclusively to the address: Edisson Stellwerkost GmbH, Spinnereistrasse 29, 8640 Rapperswil. It is at the expense and risk of the customer - we recommend shipping with Swiss Post.
