Delivery time/Shipping costs
Unless otherwise stated, all products offered on edisson.ch are in stock and ready for dispatch.
Shipping within Switzerland
Delivery time in Switzerland is usually 1–2 working days by DPD/Swiss Post.
Shipping costs for orders from Switzerland with an order value under CHF 100.– are CHF 9.50. For orders under a merchandise value of CHF 30.–, we charge a small quantity surcharge of CHF 8.–.
After dispatch, you will receive the tracking number for your package. You can track your delivery online at https://www.dpd.ch or https://www.post.ch.

We offer the following payment options:
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Postcard, Post E-Finance, prepayment, Twint
Corporate customers from Switzerland can order on invoice.
Return Policy
We offer a limited right of return. We cannot always take back items ordered or picked up from us. Products that were in stock with us at the time of order and are still in undamaged, unopened original packaging can usually be returned. Products specially ordered for you or products that are not in their undamaged original condition cannot be returned or can only be returned against a return fee.
Unlimited right of return
– The product is in unopened, undamaged original packaging
– The product was available in our warehouse at the time of order
– No more than 14 calendar days have passed since the product was received
A maximum of the purchase price will be refunded.
Limited right of return
– The product is in opened or damaged original packaging
– The product is unused and shows no signs of wear
– Any accompanying accessories are complete
– No more than 14 calendar days have passed since the product was received
The return will be processed after a positive review by us. The amount of the deduction will be determined by us. A maximum of the purchase price minus a determined deduction (usually 20% / minimum CHF 10.00) will be refunded.
No right of return
– Used products
– No original packaging available
– Any accompanying accessories are missing
– Opened products that were shrink-wrapped or sealed. A broken seal is always considered an opened product.
– Return period has expired
The return of the goods with the delivery note must be sent exclusively to the address: Edisson Stellwerkost GmbH, Städtchen 12, 8730 Uznach. It is at the customer's expense and risk – We recommend shipping with Swiss Post.
In the following cases, we will cover the return shipping costs
– Receipt of a wrong or unordered item
– Receipt of a defective item
– Receipt of an incomplete item
