Unless otherwise noted, all products offered on edisson.ch are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch.

Shipping within Switzerland

The delivery time in Switzerland is usually 1-2 working days (Post Priority) or 2-3 days (Post Economy).

The shipping costs for orders from Switzerland with an order value of less than CHF 100.00 are CHF 7.00 (Economy) or CHF 9.00 (Priority). For orders with a goods value of less than CHF 30.00 we charge a small quantity surcharge of CHF 13.00.

After shipping you will receive the tracking number of your package. You can use this to track the delivery online at http://www.post.ch.

Shipping to DE, AT and Luxembourg

The shipping costs for orders from Germany, Luxembourg and Austria with an order value of less than CHF 200.00 are CHF 38.00. Delivery to Germany or Austria usually takes about 3-7 working days.
From an order value of CHF 200.00 we will deliver the products to you free of charge.
When shipping abroad, customs duties, VAT and fees apply, which are to be paid directly to the carrier.
We ship with Swiss Post and SwissPost TNT.

Return Policy

We offer you a limited right of withdrawal. We cannot always take back items that have been ordered or collected from us. Products that were in stock at the time the order was placed and are still in the intact, unopened original packaging can usually be taken back. Products that have been specially ordered for you or that are not in their original, undamaged condition cannot be taken back or can only be taken back for a return fee.

Unrestricted right of return

– The product is in its original, unopened, undamaged packaging
– The product was available in our warehouse at the time of the order
– The product was received no more than 14 calendar days ago

A maximum of the purchase price will be refunded.

Limited Right of Return

– The product is in an open or damaged original packaging
– The product is unused and shows no signs of wear
– Any accessories supplied are completely available
– The product was received no more than 14 calendar days ago

The return takes place after a positive check by us. The amount of the discount is determined by us. A maximum of the purchase price minus a fixed deduction (usually 20% / at least CHF 10.00) will be refunded.

No refund

– Used products
– No original packaging available
– Possibly supplied accessories are missing
– Opened products that were welded or sealed. A broken seal is always considered an opened product.
– Return period has expired

The goods must be returned with the delivery note enclosed exclusively to the address: Edisson Stellwerkost GmbH, Spinnereistrasse 29, 8640 Rapperswil. It is at the expense and risk of the customer - we recommend shipping with Swiss Post.

In the following cases we will take care of the return shipment

– Receipt of an incorrect or non-ordered item
– Receipt of a defective item
– Receipt of an incomplete item
