Delivery time/shipping costs
All products offered on edisson.ch are in stock and ready for dispatch unless otherwise stated.
Shipping within Switzerland
Delivery time in Switzerland is usually 1-2 working days via DPD/CH-Post.
Shipping costs for orders from Switzerland with a value under CHF 100.– are CHF 9.50. For orders with a merchandise value under CHF 30.—, we charge a small order surcharge of CHF 8.—.
You will receive your package's tracking number after it has been shipped. You can use this number to track your delivery online at https://www.dpd.ch or https://www.post.ch .

Return policy
We offer a limited return policy. We cannot accept returns of items ordered or picked up from us in every case. Products that were in stock at the time of ordering and are still in their original, undamaged packaging can generally be returned. Products specially ordered for you or that are not in their original, undamaged condition cannot be returned, or can only be returned subject to a restocking fee.
Unrestricted right of return
– The product is in unopened, undamaged original packaging.
– The product was available in our warehouse at the time of ordering.
– The product was received no more than 14 calendar days ago.
The maximum refund will be the purchase price.
Limited return policy
– The product is in opened or damaged original packaging
– The product is unused and shows no signs of wear.
Any accessories that may have been included are all present.

Returns are accepted after a positive inspection by us. The amount of the refund is determined by us. The maximum refund will be the purchase price less a fixed deduction (usually 20% / minimum CHF 10.00).

– No original packaging available
– Any included accessories are missing
– Opened products that were heat-sealed or sealed. A broken seal is always considered an opened product.
– Return period has expired
Goods must be returned, including the delivery note, exclusively to the following address: Edisson Stellwerkost GmbH, Spinnereistrasse 29, 8640 Rapperswil. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and risk – we recommend using Swiss Post.
We will cover the return shipping costs in the following cases.
– Receipt of an incorrect or unsolicited item
– Receipt of a defective item
– Receipt of an incomplete article
